Hi, few tanking questions if anyone can help... Currently blood specd for tanking (( 47/14/10 )) I am Duel Wield Tanking (( Armory if interested, though doesn't show frost pres - Armory!!

I'm sitting at 31.1K life unbuffed
(Using HoW)
28.32% dodge
21.51% parry (without blade barrier up)

basically my question to the stats i posted above, since +Hit Rating is an issue for DWing, i keep getting told to of course get more Hit Rating, should i be replacing any of my dodge gems, etc on +hit/exp (at 5% exp anyways)?

2nd question, do i NEED 541def if i also have the Sigil that grants more def rating, or can i drop some def rating (For example, my belt has 2x 16def gems) which i could xchange for hit and help my hit rating and threat generation?

3rd question (sorry...have had these questions for awhile...)
Since my parry is at 21.51%, should i runeforge my Mainhand with maybe... [ Rune of the Fallen Crusader ] i ask this because i figured if i gain str, str gives me parry anyways, and I'd possibly gain threat since I will be hitting harder?

If this is the wrong section, plz let me kno and I'll post in the correct section (New to forums)
