Hi, sry but I can't search as advert is in the way and I have not found an answer in all my reading of wonderful forum :{
I have tried to test this and it seems that I need to cast and have IS active on the target to get the MF crit bonus on SF. I have only ever seen this mentioned a couple of time in passing and the posters views were that the MF crit bonus on SF is active through taking the talent, regardless of actualy casting IS.
Please can you "boffins" give me the answer :}
