In trying out the 18/58/0 fireball spec why is there so much of an emphasis on having more hit. With improved misery and improved faerie fire you would only need 11% hit instead of the 14% hit that most arcane-fireball mages stack correct?
Anyone have any insight as to why you would need more hit?
EDIT: upon further research imp faerie fire and misery DO NOT stack. Sorry for the irrelevant post. Arcane-fireball mages DO want to stack 14% hit.
