Very unimpressive first post. At least make an effort to make sense. Also, this is not the forum to discuss one-button cast sequence macros that remove all thought from playing the game.

I have worked a castsequence macro for my shammi where it leaves everything on cooldown at all times. a ton of ppl say that castqequences atrifee your dps. i will agree with that if you down put time and effort into the cast sequence. i pick up around 200 dps by spending 2 days on it. In the sequence i had to manage hero/haste trinket procs but in the sequence with CL and LvB always on c/d and maximum tick on FS.
