Your idea may be a good one. Your presentation sucked. Please try to work on the grammar (spelling and capitalization), and also try to justify your ideas a little more strongly. For better or for worse, this forum has a lot of math geeks in it, and saying "I think" with no real mathematical justification really falls flat.

the build i'm thinking is like 15/13/43, since dw damage is mostly base on spells. If we move 3 NoCS to like ebon plaque, it should be doing alot more damage overall than NoCS. I hope my idea is right.
