What is the effect of Hit rating in PVP? I'd read that it may have been changed to diminish Resilience but I can't recall if that's accurate. Also, Is the suggested Expertise rating different for PVP considering a Mutilate spec and a constant level 80 opponent, or is it still best to just hit the cap and stay there?
