That's my armory. I've used MANY builds, but maybe I just need some more direction. Instead of me listening what rotation I use, I'd rather have you guys take a look at my gear, and tell me what kind of frost spec, and rotation, I should be using right now. Just so I can compare and draw my own conclusions.
