Also I was under the impression SS Glyph was better that the WF one, even the 5% version...is that not the case? and if it is, do you think they should nerf that too?

I guess it would be great if soemone could make a list with the DPS every Glyph gives, but I guess if that list doesnt exist yet is not that a simple matter and we'll have to sim our way to it.

Anyway, I dont think the nerf of the Glyph has to do with the UR change, but more on the line of stiring us away from the WF/WF that some people may still be using towards the WF/FT they clearly prefer us to use.

Also even to make the OH speed more versatile, so is not Webbed Death>any slow epic one>rest of fast epic ones but more DPS dependant.
