question about SND, so im not sure if SnD have some kind of special formula, but so far its giving 23% not 30% check this, I tried 2.0 speed no extra hastes, after SnD got 1.54, so by calc this we have 23% not 30%
> 100 x 1.54 / 2
> 77%
1.54 is 77% from 2.00 so 23%
my question is, this have any kind of special formula ou its really giving less haste as inteded?
2.0 -> 1.54 = 23% in game
2.0 -> 1.40 = 30% in calc
