I think we should not serously consider "upcoming" changes in future since we know about nothing about it. As for now, this build gives great benefit from CURRENT t7 set.

Currently healing available content alot of bad specs are able to be viable due to the lack of challenge, with most top guilds having all avaiable content on farm for weeks now. Currently I see resto's as being the best tank healers in the game due to our quick heals with RT/LHW or HW. LHW however is the worst scaling heal of the flashes so I see us switching more and more over to raid due to CH being one of the top scaling heals with healing coefficient. For this reason I'm wondering about the mana efficiency as blizz has said in ulduar there will much more demanding fights. I asked some questions in my previous post that if anyone has answers I'd be fascinated to know.
