Given that we don't yet have patch notes for 3.1, there's no possible way of answering this question; as such, this amounts to asking for baseless speculation, which we try to discourage.

Yesterday I picked up a Mark of Norgannon in hopes of a possible buff in 3.1 or maybe stacking haste will be the new premiere stat. Right now is it the most lackluster 226 item

Anyone else have thoughts on haste in 3.1?
