It's called a reduction in arcane mage burst damage for PvP. If you wanted to argue particulars, that's one thing, but your post was just a two sentence whine.

What are you talking about? There's no major nerf here, or anything. The AP change may be a buff or a nerf, depending upon fight length, but is generally a very slight nerf. The AM Glyph change is a small buff. What's the problem?
