Take a look at your % of damage from Starfire vs Wrath. Given that we're almost all using the Starfire idols, keeping that ratio high seems very important to maximizing DPS. Every WWS post I've seen over 5k is running 66-70+% of their damage from Starfire. With less than 50% damage from Starfire, it's likely you're getting Wrath-Eclipse procs in there.
My ratio on my last fight was closer to yours which may be part of why I noticed. I'm also still a bit behind the gear curve (No 4pc-T7 yet).
With only 46% of your damage coming from Starfire it looks like you're still getting Wrath-Eclipse procs. Especially with the Starfire Idol, it's very important to get the Starfire-Eclipse. Every 5k+ WWS I've seen, 66%+ of their damage is from Starfire with some over 70%.
