Please forgive me if this blue post from "Eyonix" (Taken from the Blizzard forums) was already posted:
"A last minute change was made to the mage Arcane Barrage spell which reduced its spell power coefficient. This change did not make it into the 3.0.9 patch notes. We will be carefully evaluating this change and its effects on game balance in both PvE and PvP. If you have constructive feedback to provide, please do so in this thread."
It's always nice when they toss in last minute nerf's to slap us when were already down. Though for arenas we may have been OP I am starting to understand that everything they do revolves solely around the arenas. Though please... I understand it must be difficult for them to juggle between Arenas and PvE.
Though I guess we knew the nerf's were coming and it was just a matter of time.
