In your extensive reading, did you happen to notice that when people ask questions of this sort, the answer is almost always "check the spreadsheet"?

I got a question about daggers for my PVE build.
Ok so I got Anarchy, webbed death and Librams paper cutter. I know Webbed death is the best PVE dagger atm but I am a little torn on what to do with the other two.
Which combo would be the best
MH Librams paper cutter, off hand Webbed death
MH anarchy Off hand Webbed death
or MH webbed death Off hand anarchy
I have tried very hard to find the answer to this by reading through post but I cannot. And everyone in my guild is just confusing me cause they are saying complete differnt stuff. Thanks in advance!
