thought about this some more..... think what you might be saying is that you can cast during the non-healing time but spells can only "land" and "tick" during the 3 second healing window. If this is the case then I need to be trying to cast a healing touch during the non-healing time and timing it so it lands just after the healing window opens. hav to think about what to cast to maximize heal ticks during window but on the surface it would seem to be wildgrowth, then rejuv/swiftmend, then natswift/HT, then rejuvs if time
how this works makes a huge differnece on what to cast when..... still not positive I have it right.....
