Now this is probably a really stupid question that has been anwsered many times, but i couldn't find a clear anwser to this.
Is there, or is there not, still a 1% miss chance regardless of how much hit you got?
Im a draenai ele shaman, and we always got a SP or druid in our raid to keep the buff up, so my hitcap should be at 263. I'm not at this cap yet ( i lack around 20 points i think), but if there is NOT a 1% miss chance regardless of how much hit you got i plan to gem for it.
So again, is the max hit % you can get still 99%?
