Blizzard also mentioned that the changes which were released were not the sum of the changes which will be made to the rogue class, so I'm not sure how a mutilate build challenges my point that poisons (and not Shiv) are what are broken. If anything it would support it.

Combat swords was good b/c of warglaives, and fist/sword was good b/c of vanir's. With equal ilvl gear, combat daggers was was very close to both builds.

I do not understand why you are citing TBC; you can't expect Blizzard to still think the way they did back then. GC has recently said that they are very concerned about introducing unintended talent synergies.

Anyway, my guess is that they will move Murder to make it accessible to all builds.
