Hello all fellow rogues!
I have tried to read about it so many will think im weird.
But i have tried to do math about things with hitrate.
I have also talked with some fellow friends also rogues.
But we havent been sucessful in our way to find out what the hitcap is.
Anyone know or have a formula?
