That's not true. Consider the trash specs that have been posted. That may not apply in Ulduar, but not every rogue will be in Ulduar. There will still be people in Naxx would could use them.

Not much because the only aspect that has been discussed is PvE. Considering the strength of rogues in PvP, I suspect many rogues will have a PvP spec as their second spec. That's rather different from a PvE spec.

I realize the flexibility Dual Spec brings, what I don't know on the other hand, is that I dont know everything. A prepared rogue for the win? (PVP pun intented)
It's different from now because only some guilds send people to respec in order to finish the night's raid. Plus there's the cost and glyphs. The new system will eliminate all that and make it more flexible. And yes, being prepared is definitely the best way to approach it.

It just seems to me that you're unhappy that there won't be bigger differences between our 2 specs of choice. It's the nature of rogues though. The benefits from this new feature will be different for each class and different for each player within that class, depending on what they like to do.

For PvE, the difference may come down to a utility buff for us, but so what ? Let's be happy it'll make it easier for us to help our raid. The lack of huge difference doesn't strike me as something worth discussing, because, well, rogues are rogues, not hybrids. Discussing what people will choose is more interesting, but that's not how you initially came off. You right away said that switching for a buff was a horrible idea. I happened to disagree and it took a few posts to make you see our point of view. Either way, enough said on the subject. My choice will be PvE/PvP.
