That's fascinating! Unfortunately exactly this subject has been covered in this thread multiple times. You may wish to use the Search function, or at least reading, before posting such stunning insights in the future.

Original Post:

-- The effects of talents that provide mana regen while casting have been increased by 67%. This includes: Arcane Meditation, Improved Spirit Tap, Intensity, Mage Armor, Meditation, Pyromaniac, and Spirit Tap. For example, Intensity and Meditation are now 17/33/50% mana regen while casting (up from 10/20/30%). For most dps classes who never got much mana from OOFSR in the first place, the results should not be noticeable. Boomkin may be a possible exception because of Innervate, and we'll take a look at that.
According to this post
World of Warcraft - English (NA) Forums -> I don't get the regen nerfs...
So essentially Arcane Meditation and Mage armor are slated to be increased to 50% of mana regeneration (up from 30%).
With both fully talented Arcane Meditation and unglyphed Mage Armor, you'll be sitting at 100%, correct?
Does this mean that the Mage Armor glyph will push the regen into the +120% area? Or even wilder, the +132% if the glyph is also affected by the slated changes.
With mana being such an issue for arcane mages, this may actually be a nice buff.
