When I disable the default combat text in the blizzard menu, this occurs. However, if combat text is enabled, this does not occur.
Does anyone know what can be causing this, and how can I stop it?

Well, I would assume based upon what you describe that it is due to a combat text addon. Do you use MBST, SCT, et cetera?
