You should probably read the first post of the thread instead of posting information directly contradictory to it. This is especially true when the information you are posting has been empirically proven incorrect.

Wobbly: With 9% hit from Hit rating +3% Arcane talent + 3% frost talent puts you at 15% Hit rating. You would like 2% more that you get with +1% Dranei in raid (your Human) +1% from spriest/druid. Your current Hit is a luxury. I myself am at around 9% hit, and my overall shows usually no misses. I do have a miss sometimes though. I once had 1 AM missle miss out of about 200 casts. And once 3 blizzard single misses out of several thousand hits. And that is from a 3 wing Naxx25 clearing.
