Question regarding Ele Shaman Hit cap: I have read that the caster hit cap for Naxx is 17%. With racial and Elemental Precision (4%) it is 13% for alliance ele shamans. Given that our small guild may not be able to field a moonkin, is my target hit cap 13%? Can I get away with 11-12% in favor of swapping out gear for SP in lieu of hit? If I am waaaay off base please enlighten me.

Again, small guild, limited to 10 mans outside of pugs.
Also, from a few pages back, it was stated that FT glyph was a waste. Should I replace mine with LB? This should help my overall sp.
