Ah, I see. So with Malediction and CotE up, your Shadowbolts, say, will gain 16% overall damage, 13% from CotE and 3%, separately, from Malediction? Do they calculate in at the same rate like that?

Sorry, I didn't articulate myself very well there. I understand that Malediction will not buff CotE for everyone else, but as far as how they'd interact in the future, the Warlock themselves would see +16% overall between the two, as described above? I'm more trying to make the distinction that they will in fact stack in that way, but I suppose I've been having trouble getting that point across successfully. Again, my bad.
