You can simply use "Uncrittable" or "Crit Immune" or something like that as the title and add a small print "aka Defense Cap" below it. In the old time when everyone were using the word uncrittable, you could ask the pug tank "are you uncrittable?" and he would understand what you meant. I see no advantage to use "defense cap" now over "uncrittable".

Another problem with the word Defense Cap is you don't need to reach the Defense Cap to be Defense Capped. For new tanks gearing up for the last few defense to be uncrittable, they can use one or two pieces of resilience gear to fill up the gap. Not that I recommend this but I only want to point out the fact that how confusing is the term Defense Cap here.
