Don't expect for Improved Scorch to stay in its same form. It will probably give a generic 3% buff to mage DPS in some form. It still might interact with Scorch, but there won't be a generic DPS loss for taking the talent or for maintaining the debuff.

I dont see any other use for the 3 points. So either they exchange it with something more usefull or they keep it like it already is, but lower the amount of crit gained for everyone and we kinda have to live with it. (At least i dont see any other use for the 3 points, so correct me if im wrong... u will do anyways ^^)
