It also looks like you're at 4.82% hit and have 3/3 Focused Aim and if you can reliably get a draenai's Heroic Presence, then you can probably drop that to 4% even, or as close as you can get. Remember your pet isn't get that 0.83% of hit, so i feel there's probably no need to keep it if that's the case. You can drop down a bit by replacing a few of those +hit gems for maybe +crit. Although, if you're not reliably getting Heroic Presence, then you should try to get to 5% hit so that you are at least hit capped, missing is never good for DPS. If that's the case, you can easily get 12 HR from the Icewalker enchant to your boots

That gives you agility, stam, int, all things that will increase your DPS. Your helm has a BC enchant on it, nothing wrong with that, but if you can drop that 0.82% hit then i'd replace it with [Arcanum of Torment] instead. Your shoulder enchant is also BC. You can try to get the Son's of Hodir rep to get that shoulder enchant [Greater Inscription of the Axe].
