The pronoun I is capitalized, as is the beginning of a sentence. "I'm" is a contraction of I am, and is supposed to have an apostrophe separating the I and the m.
Your post also added nothing new to this thread, the change had already been posted.

Viper Sting re-designed: Stings the target, draining 4% of mana over 8 sec (up to a maximum of 8% of the caster's maximum mana), and energizing the Hunter equal to 300% of the amount drained. Only one Sting per Hunter can be active on any one target.

while the return of mana is nice, it now only drains 20% of what it used to. what im wondering now is that because it drains so little, will anyone take the gcd to actually dispell it anymore? could be a buff in that sense.
edit: looking at druids abolish poison, it costs 13% base mana. With their base mana, it costs around 455 to cast. Assuming 15000 mana and 4% drained, they only save themselves 150 mana by dispelling it, and would probably lose more mana dispelling if it got a tick off, rather then just letting it go its duration.
