I'm not saying you don't have a valid point, but there are more polite ways it could have been praised. You can disagree with people's responses without demeaning them as people.
Honestly I am amazed by the responses. Most people miss the difficulty of Vanilla Wow and even pre-nerf BC, yet when the possibility that trash might actually become more than a time waste/gold mine for repairs everyone starts with the 'oh its much quicker now that we can AoE every trash pull.' So do people want the dumbed down, ez mode WoW? I personally enjoyed the trash in SSC/SW, it made things interesting as a mage. Boss fights were generally set in advance and easy to robot mode through while trash actually was dynamic, though, granted, much of that might have been due to some premature CC breakage. I would like to feel that there is a role for me other than scorch/lb/hs pyro/fb, what can I say I miss the added difficulty now. On trash I could let a 4 year old play - "Just follow the group and hit button 4 then 8 until all the monsters are dead, call me when we get to a boss." But hey, enjoy the EZ-mode, dumbed down trash/'heroics'/etc, me I will look back through (slightly tarnished) rose colored glasses to when trash could actually wipe a guild raid, not be ignored by a bunch of trained chimps in a pug.
