What am I doing wrong? I am putting out only about 2k dps on the heroic target dummy unbuffed.

I know a big problem of mine is the slow dagger in OH...havent had anything drop. Anyway, given the gear I should be outdpsing him. The following is my rotation:
HFB 3 stacks before combat starts, starting in stealth.
Mutilate once and start Slice and Dice
Mutilate to 5 combo points: Rupture
Mutilate to 5 comb points, pool energy until slice and dice timer is down to 1 second OR until im about to cap energy: envenom (with cold blood if its up).
Repeat...keeping HFB up and prioritizing the envenom over rupture if they are both about to expire.
Edit: I am aware that a dummy is not the best place to test DPS due to lack of raid buffs. However, it is a good place to work out rotation problems and I feel that is where my issue lies.
