Ok easily reproducible anomaly that I can in no way explain.
I put on a little extra haste (switched boots for 33 and put on meteorite). I went and bought 2x Poniard (1.3 level 14 white daggers from the weapon vendor next to SW AH).
I put WF on both daggers, and dropped WF totem behind a boss target dummy.
I turned on auto-attack.
WF chain proc'ed outside the cooldown (i.e. almost exactly 3 seconds between procs) for about 10 minutes straight. Sure there were a couple lulls but it seemed like WF had a nearly 100% proc rate outside the cooldown.
Can anyone readily explain that? Or try it out on their own? It really is bizarre.
I'd love to include combat logs but I haven't quite figured out how to export them and this is so easy to reproduce I hardly think they matter.
