I've been playing alot with the new ptr Talents specs and such and reading quite a bit on these forums among others as well and i have yet to see this... i expirement with different variations and i found this could very viable. depending on what goes live

Musts are - New Glyph of Pestilence, New Glyph of Death Coil, Glyph of Scourge Strike

Rotation- PS-IT-SS-SS-DC Dump - SS-SS-Pestilence-Rune Tap-SS-DC Dump
Second Rotation could vary if u get SS Glyph Procs

The spec and rotation would be used in Unholy Pressence.. and would be played like deep frost build spamming FS
the new glyph of death coil mixed with Runic Power mastery and T7 Bonus would make you RP Pool very large... letting u get in many DCs and being able to utilize the Unholy pressence...

it's an idea i havent seen much of.. and want to see what ppl think about it
