This really requires very little thought. A basic fact is that you need ~8.2 expertise rating for one expertise, multiply that by the amount of expertise you get from the new unleashed rage, and you have your answer.

Has anyone punched up some numbers on the PTR to find out what the new expertise cap is with the change to Unleashed Rage. I had a quick play before our raid tonight but it seems to be somewhere around 146. Can someone please confirm
Edit: Never mind I looked it up and found that 140 expertise rating is the new cap with 3/3 in Unleashed Rage.
