Hello, I am kinda new to playing rogues Endgame PVE. I used to raid a lot at 60, but stopped playing. Ive recently started playing again in WOLK. This question isn't necessarily a simple question, I've been looking for the right place to post and someone directed me to post here (Rogue PvE discaussion clearly stated to post questions here not in there, for w/e reason...). So heres the question:
I currently only do around 1.5k DPS, so im wodering what my rotation should be using for a Mutilate build, heres my gear/build:

Yes I know my gear is also a factor to my low DPS, but im pretty sure that its also the rotation that im using that is making my DPS seem weaker.
