Just what the hell are you trying to say? You're rambling all over the place here.

Sorry if this was already discussed, but I've looked back several pages, and I haven't seen a clear cut answer to the question.

Combat
Mutilate
At current time there was a problem with Improved Poisons talent and Envenom ability, so no testing. No sure if IP talent is fixed yet(numbers improved, but wasnt what i expected, 8->10, thought it should go 8->12)(yes flower OH, no proc gear, plain white hits). Did not bother with Envenom because i am upset with FoK so did not retest longer. Its animation radius is 5-1/2 yards(instead of 8) and its just some super spell caster animation thats static. The old one was correct range and it actually changed the sparks to go after and hit mobs if any are in range, giving you visual feedback. No one asked for better rouge, they asked for better rogue. The magnitude of silos they must have at Blizzard that management allowed them to introduce a new class that was literally the BiS of each type of ability... Back on point, in a blue to warriors, they said more changes are coming for them that has not been announced. You never know
