As far as tanking goes, I agree, these are just disappointing.
Blade Barrier - why not just make it a passive 5% damage reduction? Having us maintain the buff while at the same time nerfing the parry and frost presence seems like overkill.
Lichborne - useless. This is no longer worth being a talent at a 3 minute fear break. In its current ptr form, why not just remove it from the tree and skill list?
+1 minute on the 36pt talents - seems like just another round of nerfs on these talents. UA is especially bad at this point. Actually, UA is shaping up to be a better DPS talent than a tanking talent!
I'm really scratching my head over the new weapon enchant. That seems like a great deal of parry, and I'm supposing it is a 1hand enchant for about the same effect as the DK 2Hand parry enchant? It will be clear when I see the screen shot of it.
