Hi I have been reading thorugh this post trying to find data relevant to my question and have managed to put some idea of what gear, rotaion to use, but amid the arguing over "Rupture>Evis." and "ShS+BF or niether" some thnigs have been lost in the confusion for me.

Just some info on me now, I'm currently running in blues and epics (some BOE, i.e. Trollwoven belt+shoulders, and BOE ring), currently at 200 Expertise and 300 Hit. I have been trying a lot of builds lately trying to see what is best for my gear and current weapons. I have the options of Savage Cobalt Slicer/Fang of Truth, for swords, and Dual LPC'sfor Mut, and Hat. I am working on getting Greed for MH and using that in both my combat and HaT builds, would this be optimal? I am not sure how my dmg is compared to my gear but with Mut i did about 2.3-2.5k dps. Shiv spec with dual LPC's i did about the same depending on the fight. HaT for some reason was very washy, sometimes I did 2.5k and sometimes I was doing 1.9k. I really was unsure what to do in my 25 man the first time using hat. With my gear and the +2 set T7 bonus i was keeping SnD up as wel as rupture. Rupture is also glyphed.

The problem I had with Hat, whenever I would enter a fight, immidiatly after the garrote, i would do a hemo and wait for the CP's to come in. Sometimes they flew in and others i had to do anther hemo to keep from being energy capped. Is this a smart thing to do? other times i would find myself spamming evisc. and not having enough energy to do it every GCD. And if the latter switched to the prior lag mid fight, I would find myself unsure what to do.
My build was also without ShS or garrote, but instead talents in BS, Ruthlessness, and agression. Any help is greatly appreciated.
