Your post is a curious mix of angry and whiny, with a side order of what I'm led to believe is poor understanding of game mechanics.

The issue with your pet getting insta-gibbed on a fight like Sarth 3D has nothing to do with the talent spec and everything to do with the stance Blizz has taken in relation to how Avoidance works vs magic attacks. If avoidance had a chance to avoid all magic damage, there would be no issues at all. But Blizzard doesn't want what the bulk of Hunter players (along with Warlocks and Unholy DKs) want in that their pet is nothing but a fire and forget DOT.
Quite frankly, I don't much care for the mass horde of people jumping ship and coming to Survival. I've seen more posts by former BM players trying to figure out how to macro everything to a single button. Just read the SV topic and you'll see the mass amounts of "how do I...?" or "why/when do I...?" posts. What made BM so wrong during TBC was its lethatlity combined with its simplicity. Spam one button and you win. Nobody took MM Hunters because TSA was awful and the damage was bad. And SV was only taken for the raid buff. We absolutely cannot afford to go back to that situation again, no matter what.
If you want to argue about BM needing something, I'd wager that it could use some synergy with the other Hunter abilities. FI is the only one that interacts with another attack. Otherwise, all BM Hunters will use is Steady, Serpent, and Arcane.
