I have just noticed that anasthetic poison might me a better choice for dealing with enraged add in Obsidian Sanctum than using a hunter for the job.
I have read that the poison has a 50% proc chance. Would it be a viable solution to have it on my mainhand, while DP on offhand (I am Mutilate)? I would take a damage hit, but if I spam those mobs with FoK, I suppose I might de-enrage them faster than a hunter.
I am a bit suspicious about my reasoning, because I have never heard of anyone doing this... so there might be a flaw, that I don't see...
