Hi everyone,
I believe the new best spec for magic-heavy fights (and possibly the best all-around spec) will look like this:
25/5/41 (Talent Calc. at MMO-Champion)
With the changes to Scourge Strike, it should be easy to maintain good single-target TPS, while still having most of the benefits the Blood tree provides. Bonus strength and expertise should somewhat compensate for the absence of Rage of Rivendare.
The only downside that I see is the absence of raid buffs from talents.

Alandris, I believe that Rime is still mandatory for Frost tanking because of the 15% crit chance bonus to obliterate. Combined with the Guile of the Gorefiend, this is a huge TPS increase for 3 talent points.
