New to post, always been around the forums, but I have to ask and I can't seem to find the answer.
I'm wondering which is better for DW, Haste or Strength? I've got a good amount of haste (378 rating) but do I need more or should I stack strength at this point? At what point is it getting useless to have more haste?
Also, is there going to be a major change in the way DWing is done with 3.1? IE, are we going to have to drop haste and just go strength, or anything along those lines? Major changes. I've not seen anything from what I've noticed in the patch notes, but I'm wanting to make sure before I try to upgrade some lower gear. Thanks for the help.
