Do not pop meta whenever it is up. It IS a Oh crap button as it gives your VW a considerable amount of armor.
You should also be using Fel armor and armor consumables.
10 man doesnt hit nearly as hard as 25 man so I imagine you only need the frost set + pvp gear with stam gems.
Get a holydin and you're set.
Have him stop attacking when there is the debuff during 3rd drake where doing dmg to sarth hurts you.
