okay, no time to run the wandering + epidemic test atm.

but using the desecration spec i posted above i was pulling 2500 sustained dps on the dummy at 1 hp (so no necrosis) so that should be putting me at about 2650-2750 dps if im not mistaken completely unbuffed.

runes: FC mh, Cinder OH
glyphs: IT, Ghoul (optimally would be SS glyph, Ghoul, and probably either DC or UB glyph)
sigil: crappy blue 202 dmg on scourge strike

my scourges were avg critting for about 5k, with a max of 6.4k on that round
white dmg about 25%, scourge about 25%

i think a 0/13/57+1 build will be our best bet, that or the 51/0/20 that tyranis posted earlier, as it will scale incredibly well w/haste/ar pen gear
