If you look close at the information posted with those specs it will say either Warlock_T7_Hit_Gear.simcraft or Warlock_T7_Gear.simcraft. Which indicates which gear set to look at for that spec. The first one has 14% hit rating and the second set has 11% hit rating. They can be found:

Chardev.org v6 - 11% warlock
and
Chardev.org v6 - 14% warlock
