While I generally OT for the guild I am in, we've done extensive testing of all the bosses so far with all of the various tank classes. Death Knights are by far the best tank class now, with the nerf to druids HPs, they have the most hp, avoidance, and their cooldowns are still amazing after the nerfs (and cooldowns are very important for the Ulduar boss fights).
In general, if things stay the way they are there is no reason to use any tank other than a DK. Compared to Pallies and Warriors, Druids still stack up decently, but our HPs are nothing special now (and definitely worse than DKs), and our cooldowns are the worst now (which like I said, really hurts in Ulduar). Overall I think druids are the weakest MT tank class. We're amazing OTs, however, since we have the best options for dual speccing of any of the classes -- I guess its back to BC days for us!
EDIT: I forgot to mention -- at least for the bosses tested in the US, there are very few fights in Ulduar where you need more than 2 tanks, this makes our having the best dual spec options a bigger + in our favor.
