I am a tank, but I have been playing around with a cat spec on the PTR. I have not used cat for anything but leveling since BT was considered serious, so that should give you an idea of how rusty I am with it. Although I have no WWS, I was able to consistantly hit 3600-3800 dps on a boss target dummy with glyph of Rip/Shred/SR. This was over a 10 minute period that I did a total of three times. My bleeds had uptimes from 78-85%, which I mainly attribute to horrible play. Obviously more experience is the fix for this. I have not tested the Mangle glyph yet, but I plan to tonight. I am going to record a WWS for this to add for comparison.

I use Needtoknow set to track Mangle, Rip, Rake, FFF, Savage Roar, and OOC on one bar group, and Trinket procs/misc on another to help manage uptimes/procs. I literally do not think I could play cat right now without it, definitely I would need to get a lot more comfortable with managing uptimes first.

I am in no means using best in slot gear for this, most of my cat gear is mostly naxx10 stuff I upgraded from, with a Journeys End thrown in. My guild just recent reformed, we are a bunch of old eq friends who were hit by nostalgia, so I have just recently been able to roll on offspec loot.

Enchants/gems are for agility on the ptr. I have JC/LW so those fit in. I know my hit is low, I was mainly getting a feel for cat again over min/maxing at this point. I think I sit at 7118 ap in cat form +motw.
