In the toolbar at the top of every page, yes we can demand that, and spell out y-o-u when you post or you'll get additional infractions.

Its not hard for me to create a new account, and since my IP adress is random I dont feel worried that u ban my IP either since it changes when I want.
But just think of what u are doing... u are warning a person because I simply asked some simple questions...
