so i read a lot of wws threads and it seems that i have to do a lot to raise my dps but i don´t know how

is it my gear?
spell rotation or dot uptime?
wrong raid setup?
how many dps should i do with my gear?
btw. i don´t use a pot of wild magic on this wws log
