Personally, my thought is: why do you need to arbitrarily divide your thoughts into single- or double-sentence paragraphs? It makes your post less readable and lessens the chance that others will want to respond. Please do us a favor and use actual paragraphs instead of paragraph-lets. Thanks.

I am not, and will not be at the hit cap come 3.1 baring some miracle with things dropping and me winning them.
I have 308 haste at the moment.
My question is: Given that I will often not achieve the 1.5 second steady cast time [only during rapid fires, haste pots, heroisms and IAotH proc's] should I bother with the Chimera Shot glyph. It seems to me that this glyph is ONLY good if you are at the haste soft cap from gear.
If you aren't, then too often you're just 'wasting' the shorter CD on it.
Perhaps in that case I would go with Steady/Serpent/Aimed glpyhs, or Steady/Serpent/KS glyph.
Any thoughts?
